Because how are we gonna love anyone else if we can’t love ourselves?

We could all use some extra love for ourselves. One of my favorite ways to invigorate my morning coffee is to add cardamom for a warm spiciness that sweetens my outlook. With a touch of rose water, this quick recipe takes me to an extra loving place and uplifts my mood.

Rose Water has anti-inflammatory properties that induce relaxation. It has historically been used to uplift mood & ease stress, depression & anxiety.
